At Your Home Closing, we believe the closing process should feel personal, organized, and easy to understand. We are a smaller title company by choice because we prefer to work directly with each client, not rush people through a high-volume process.
From start to finish, you will deal with one person who knows your closing, understands the details, and is there to answer your questions along the way. Buying a home can be stressful enough, so our goal is to make the closing as smooth and seamless as possible.
We like to think of it as old-fashioned service with a hometown feel, the kind of personal attention your grandparents may have experienced when they bought their first home.

Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, refinancing, or helping a client through a transaction, we believe your closing should never feel rushed. At Your Home Closing, we take the time to walk you through the paperwork you are signing, answer your questions, and make sure you understand what is happening at the closing table. We do not believe anyone should simply be handed a stack of documents and told where to sign.
Our closings take place in the upstairs conference room of our historic bank building, originally built in the 1920s. When the bank was in its heyday, that same upstairs space was used for closings and important financial conversations. Today, we are proud to carry on that tradition by offering a closing experience that feels personal, comfortable, and rooted in hometown service.

We are located in the Old Farmers Bank at the intersection of 29 and 663 in Pennsburg PA. The Farmers bank was founded in 1876 and current building was erected in 1926.
