Built Around Better Communication

Your Client Should Never Feel Passed from Department to Department

Your Home Closing is intentionally boutique, allowing us to remain personally involved in the transactions we handle.

We work with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, accountants, investors, municipalities, and other professionals to keep title and settlement requirements organized.

Instead of sending your client into a large processing system, you know who is handling the transaction, where to send an update, and who to contact when a question arises.

Protect Every Transaction

Security Is a Shared Responsibility

Criminals may impersonate buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, or financial institutions to redirect funds or obtain private information.

Never

Rely only on an email or text message changing wiring, payoff, proceeds, or contact information.

Always

Verify sensitive instructions through a previously confirmed telephone number or approved secure method.

01

Wire Instructions

Confirm the recipient, bank, account information, and amount before funds are transmitted.

02

Seller Proceeds

Treat last-minute changes to seller bank instructions as a potential fraud warning.

03

Seller Identity

Additional ownership and identity verification may be required when transaction details warrant it.

04

Sensitive Documents

Do not send identification, Social Security numbers, bank details, or authorizations through ordinary email.

Received a suspicious message? Do not reply, click a link, open an attachment, or use the telephone number in the message. Contact the known parties through independently verified contact information.

Who can open a closing file?

A buyer, seller, borrower, real estate agent, lender, attorney, or another authorized professional may contact us to begin the process.

When should the file be opened?

Open the file as soon as practical after the agreement is signed or the refinance process begins. Early submission provides more time to identify and address title or documentation issues.

Can I send an incomplete file opening?

Yes. Send the information currently available and identify what is still pending. We will review the submission and request the additional information needed.

How should sensitive documents be delivered?

Use the approved secure method for identification, Social Security numbers, bank information, payoff authorizations, and other private documents. Do not send them through ordinary email.

Can you handle remote or early signing?

Possibly. Available arrangements depend on the transaction, documents, lender, title requirements, location, and applicable notarization rules. Discuss the need as early as possible.

Can you work with a client’s attorney or accountant?

Yes. With proper authorization, we can coordinate relevant title and settlement information with the client’s attorney, accountant, lender, agent, or other professional adviser.

Do you handle commercial transactions?

Yes. Contact us with the property, ownership, financing, and transaction details so we can review the scope and determine the next step.
