Send the information currently available. We will review the request and identify what else is needed.

The form works for buyers, sellers, borrowers, property owners, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, accountants, investors, and other authorized professionals.

Submitting the form does not confirm that a title order has been accepted, establish an attorney-client relationship, or guarantee a particular closing date. We will contact you after reviewing the request.

View All FAQs
Who may submit a closing request?

A buyer, seller, borrower, property owner, real estate professional, lender, attorney, accountant, investor, or other authorized professional may submit the initial request.

Do I need a signed agreement first?

Not always. You may contact us before an agreement is finalized, but a complete signed agreement and any amendments will generally be needed for a purchase or sale closing.

Can I submit a title-search request here?

Yes. Select Title Search and explain the purpose, property, requested deadline, and information you need researched.

Should I upload my mortgage statement?

Do not send sensitive documents through an unsecured intake form. After reviewing the request, the office will explain how applicable mortgage or payoff information should be provided.

Does submitting the form open the file?

Submission begins the review process. The file is not considered accepted or opened until our office confirms the request, scope, and required information.

What should I do when the closing is urgent?

Enter the deadline in the form and call the office at 267-923-5700 after submitting. A requested date is not guaranteed until the transaction has been reviewed.

Yes. Select Commercial Transaction and provide the property, entities, professionals, financing, and expected timing currently available.
